🚫 No Refund Policy

All payments made to KESA Learn are non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Exception - Event Cancellation

A refund will be issued only if KESA cancels the event or service.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method

2. No Refund Cases Include:

• User unable to attend the event
• Change of mind after purchase
• Technical issues on user’s side
• Failure to join or complete the program/course

3. Transfers (Optional: You can keep or remove)

KESA may allow transfer of enrollment to another event or user at its discretion.
