KESA Learn—an initiative of Labinc Education Pvt. Ltd., in association with Team Incubation—provides educational programs, webinars, workshops, certifications, and mentoring services. All services are intended strictly for lawful, personal, and professional development purposes.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
  • Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You must not access, monitor, scrape, or extract platform data using bots, crawlers, automated tools, or false identities. Unauthorized surveillance or automated activity will result in immediate termination and legal action.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Pricing: All fees for courses, events, or subscription services are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Finality of Payments: Unless expressly stated in our Refund Policy, all payments made for registrations, courses, and certifications are final and non-refundable.
  • Access Confirmation: Access to paid events or restricted course materials is granted only upon successful receipt of payment.

  • Content Ownership: All materials—including video recordings, presentations, text, source code, design assets, and course curriculum—are the exclusive intellectual property of KESA Learn and Labinc Education Pvt. Ltd.

  • Trademarks: The names, logos, and trademarks—including "KESA", "KESA Learn", and "Labinc Education Pvt. Ltd."—are legally protected. Unauthorized use constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal proceedings under applicable laws.

5. Event and Program Modifications

KESA Learn reserves the right to reschedule sessions, replace speakers, or modify program contents due to unforeseen operational or logistical requirements without incurring any liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KESA Learn and Labinc Education Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform access or inability to access services.
  • Service disruptions, server downtime, technical glitches, or data loss caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
  • Any misuse of course materials or third-party interpretations of educational content.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to all services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
